2. Information we collect

Contact details, information you provide about a property or requirement, messages and files you choose to submit.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process information to answer enquiries, provide requested services, take pre-contractual steps, pursue legitimate business interests and comply with legal obligations.

4. Retention and recipients

Information is retained only as long as required for the relevant purpose or by law and may be handled by authorised service providers under appropriate safeguards.

5. Interactive map

When you select the “Map” view in property results, map tiles load directly from the OpenStreetMap Foundation. The request may include your IP address, browser, device and operating-system details, referring page, date and time. Read the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.

6. AI property adviser

The AI adviser is activated only after explicit consent. Conversation text is sent to OpenAI solely to generate a response, with application-side storage disabled. Email addresses and phone numbers are automatically removed before transmission. When investment analysis is requested, the adviser may search publicly available third-party sources and display external links. Contact details submitted through the separate request form go directly to KG Partners, are saved in the management system and are routed through an authorised email provider solely to notify the company's advisers promptly. They are not shared with the AI adviser. Do not enter personal, banking or other sensitive information in the chat. Responses are informational, primarily use asking-price evidence, are not an official valuation and do not replace legal, tax, financial or investment advice.

7. Usage analytics

After explicit consent, the website records limited first-party usage data such as the page, action type, language and a temporary session identifier. IP addresses, search-field content and personal information are not stored in analytics. Events are retained for up to 180 days and used solely to improve the website and client service.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection by contacting spyros@kgpartners.gr. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
